Hi, i'm Dikky and i'm 20. My favourite bands include: Super Furry Animals, Spiritualized, Neil Young, Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, Nick Cave, Black Mountain, Bruce Springsteen, etc... Oh and obviously elbow like. My favourite films are: The Big Lebowski, True Romance, Die Hard, Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas and Dazed and Confused. And TV shows i like: The X-Files, The Sopranos, Seinfeld, South Park and The Simspons.

And you can put as much content in your post as you like, within reason, and I'd say that was all within reason.

I only asked about the listing thing because i was reading a blog on the guardian website having a go at people who list too much... I guess it was on my mind.

I suppose i'm one of those people. "sigh".

I'm very glad to have found this forum, found it a few months ago, never had the time to register, so there it is. Saw the boys live once, in Amsterdam, possibly the best gig I've ever seen. I still smile like a little kid when I think back to that lovely evening. I seriously love 'm like no other band. Words couldn't describe why! Yesterday I bought tickets for my 2nd gig in november, so that makes one happy me!

Anyways, the name's Freek (a very common name overhere in Holland, but in any other country, I'm basically screwed! haha!) 22 years of age, and trying to convert my friend into elbow-fans ever since 2 years.

I just came across Elbow a couple of months ago, and i think that they're absolutely amazing A pity really, as i just started liking them after their tour had finished:P Can't wait for their next album:D Also, i just found out they were playing at connect today, today:P So, that's why i'm not there at the moment:P

Anyway, thank you SO much for setting up this forum, as i don't know many people who share my affinity for this band, which is a shame as they're amazing:D just a bit underrated unfortunately:)
