Here goes, I'm Jan and am ashamed to say that I have only recently become a fan of Elbow (oh all those wasted years!). Anyhoo i bought the latest album and fell in love with it, my favourite track changes by the day. Guy's voice is beautiful. Loved the album so much I have since been out and bought Cast of Thousands and Asleep in the Back, both of which (in my humble opinion! ) are equally as great as The Seldom Seen Kid.

I'm hoping to get to one of the Manchester Apollo gigs in October.

I'm actually a friend of Jonny's and we often make noise together, some of it tuneful. I've been a heavy Elbow fan for a while now and found this site whilst on an internet rummage for b-sides, so I figured i'd join up and join in.

I'm seeing them in Leeds some time later this year and very much looking forward to it.
