their best album in my humble opinion... Same as my mate. And I must agree it is arguably their strongest record, even if my favourites lie elsewhere. I have on... The Name of This Band Is Talking Heads.

Just seen this, haven't heard that one for years, it really takes me back to the time when it was the only decent record they ever used to play at crappy school discos... Back OT, apart from lots of Elbow at the moment, currently listening to Pumajaw's new album, Curiosity Box - wonderful.

| Who? Goldfrapp What? Pilots From? Felt Mountain Why? Cos it transports me from a mundane grey November afternoon to a place of clouds, airships (or spaceships), love, sixties style and retro-futuristic cities. Along with "Time Out from The World" (from Supernature) this is as cinematic as music gets. Lovely. | |

| We have Relayer by Yes on. The Gates of Delirium is thunderous! And let's not forget the calm after the storm... Soon. Lovely.
By the way... I approve Mr. K! Goldfrapp are wicked. Why they didn't show their electric proms performance on the telly is beyond me.

| Who? Joe Jackson What? Breaking Us In Two Where From? Live 1980 - 1986 Why? Probably not the best version, but a lovely song. JJ has written some songs that make me laugh, some songs that want to jump about, some songs that make me think and some songs that make me want to cry. That'll do for me. Most of his early albums can now be bought for £3-£4, well worth it IMO. I haven't heard his latest yet but apparently he's still going strong.
Joe Jackson = national treasure. :-)
