To be honest, I'd have been happy with the sound of alpaca's fighting for 3 hours once the appalling George Lamb deaprted to weekends, but Lauren is fantastic and so are the tunes she knocks out daily.

Oh but spare a thought for those who wake up early and in preparation for adam and joe/collins and herring/jon richardson turn on the radio only to hear that complete toolbox of a man. Aah! I do like Lauren though..
