Prob NYC for me! Terminal 5 is a great venue, saw White Lies there last month...really great spot.

What an amazing week of gigs that will be!! If I didn't have university/a student budget then I would definitely consider traveling to see them in New York too. Toronto it is for me cannot wait for September to roll around!

I am counting down the days to Thursday when the DC tickets go on sale.

It will be Boston for me. I'm not a fan of the venue, but I can go after work and it won't cost me anything to get there. I'm just happy that I'll have an opportunity to see them -- fingres crossed.

A friend of mine is working in LA for six months from August. Really thinking about visiting him and elbow at the same time!

I'm going to New York!!! My family are all meeting there from Canada and Australia for my brother's 30th!! What perfect timing!!! I'm so excited

Very, very saddened at no Chicago date. Sigh.

You're welcome! I'm happy that you got your tickets. My friend got us tickets Boston tickets! Yay! It will be great to see them, especially in a relatively small night club.

Yeah..T5 is a small club as well, with balconies overlooking the stage. Saw White Lies there last month and fell in love with the place...

Well, I've been mega-crazy-busy and away from the web for a while, but it's nice to come back and report that I now have my tix to the ATL show, my hotel booked, AND...I have at last managed to get Mr. Chrissie to accompany me! It'll be his first Elbow gig, 'cause every other time I've gone to see them, he has gallantly stayed at home with the kid/dogs so I could go out of town. This time, we will find a way for him to get there too. I am soooo excited! Also glad to see that a lot of y'all are headed to stops on the North American leg of the tour - wooohooo!

working on the entire east coast trifecta at the moment, i think it'll be feasible! a lot of crashing on couches and such to save costs from train rides, but i'm thinking it's lesser than the price equivalent of seeing them once across the ocean.

My understanding is that they want to keep the international touring relatively low in order to maximise time at home with kids and family etc.

This is bittersweet for me - I'm moving to America in October so I'll miss them by three weeks. Would love to see them playing in the US, will have to hang on till they come back again....
