| Just been checking out Ebay to see how much two tickets were currently at. My limit would have been £220 but can't go any more than that. At that price that is way way above what I can afford but it is my hubbie's birthday and thought it would be fab treat. I think I'm just about giving up on this concert now the tickets on Ebay are just selling at ridiculous prices.
We were hoping to go to the gig at the MEN in September but have booked to see Coldplay the same night which I'm still gutted about. My other half is a fan but my two daughters also desperately want to go too and as it was a christmas present I feel really rotten constantly asking them if they would like to see Elbow. I'm gutted there is no other way around it, other than splitting myself in two for the evening!
Roll on the next album (it's gonna be a while) and next tour.....

| Don't worry Lynne, one thing you can count on is that they'll be back, and I bet next tour there will be at least 3 shows you'll go to!! | |

| Thank you for that. I'm driving my other half nuts, keep going on and I think the sad thing about it is, he is gutted too to miss the final concert. He said if they announce a final final date on the Saturday we'll be there.
Was looking forward to the Finest Hour but think that G. Garvey is on his hols this week and has a stand in.

| I'm a bit of a techno-phobe and just discovered how to put it on.
It's really awful awful of me but a great one of Guy. I was completely star struck and look like a rabbit in headlights. It was taken after the Newport gig at the stage door. All the other members of the band were there too. They quite happily chatted, took photos and signed autographs. It was a fab gig.

My Bury Vest, I KNOW you will get a ticket, I can feel it. So don't go down the lady's underwear route just yet! My dress is a pretty Empire waist, flounsy summery dress in cream. Gorgeous!
