I was hugged by a Watson Twin and got a handshake from Guy, but the only memento I was able to take back with me from the show is below. Feast your eyes on this, if you will...

Mark's set list. The date is incorrect - show was actually on the 29th - but everything else on it is oh so right:

I really must go and see Elbow live. It's second on my list of things to do (at the top is getting a new job)

Ha! Nice Starlings rip there, lee! As for "Scattered..." no, I don't think it was played in the UK on the current tour, but it was played at the show in Washington DC, a couple of days before my show in Chicago.

And thanks for the compliment Topaz...I think I'd look better if I'd had more than 5 hours sleep over the past couple days! But if I look well preserved for my age it's all due to sunscreen...I know it makes me look pretty pale for a Floridian, but I'd rather be pasty than look like this:

I went to the NY show and my fiance went to the Chicago show since I had to travel last minute, and boy, what a great mix of songs between the setlists. A Scattered Black and Whites closer? Wow.

If i had been there to hear Switching Off, my jaw probably would have just hit the ground. Good for you for pulling off a setlist.
