| They had some good ones in there I think; but some of them I hadn't either heard of, or heard enough of to make a judgement.
So, for starters - Spiritualized. What are our thoughts on them? | |

| They are growers, lots of stuff going on in there...and on my mental list to listen further. Of the music they chose, I have albums by Talk Talk, P J Harvey, Doves, Radiohead, Joni Mitchel, Fleetwood Mac, Blur, Queen, and Stevie Wonder and I like what I've heard of the Smashing Pumpkins, John Martyn, Interpol, and some of Beck....loved the Black Sabbath track (which Elbow have covered too) Wouldn't listen to ACDC and Rage against the Machine out of choice...I think they are the only artists Guy hasn't played on his Finest Hour before. The anecdotes about the music chosen were fun | |

| I wouldn't have though Elbow would be Rage fans... that's cool. Spiritualized... I've had a couple of their albums recommended in the past but I've been a little weary. If they have Elbow's seal of approval then I'm well encouraged! I'm into all the other acts except... John Martyn. Never heard of him. | |
