Reading the T&Cs I seem to remember that we were to be notified sometime around the 5th Jan.

Tickets will be sent on the week commencing 5th January. I guess the only thing you hear if you win will be the tickets arriving.

That's how I've read the situation as well. I'm assuminmg that if I haven't got a ticket by the end of the week then I'm out of luck.

Should only be a day or two longer, I expect. I'd give it 'til the middle of next week before giving up hope!

It would restore my faith in BBC competitions if someone on the forum won tickets. With only 75 pairs up for grabs I don't rate any of our chances

Has anyone applied for any of these radio 2 live events before and how was the notification of being successful sent out, if anyone was?

It was advertised by broadcast to ALL radio 2 listeners... and on the website too...so what are the chances?

1 in 5 or so, I'd guess. I'd be suprised if there wasn't a couple of board members who won.

I have to confess I was a bit cheeky and asked some of my friends to apply for me aswell. None of them would want to go so if I happen to end up with more than two tickets (though I doubt I'll get any at all hehe) then naturally I'll be offering them to you guys. Smile
