| hi there, i'm flying in from Amsterdam to see one of the shows. which venue would you recommend? on the Manchester and Leeds dates I have to be in Holland. Judging by the size of the venues i'm thinking of Cardiff.
thanks | |

| hopefully leaders will be played. at iTunes guy said it had no political relevance anymore. since then it probably does with Syria, Russia's anti gay laws and least we forget the flooding in the south. amazing the army turning up in posh areas so quickly | |

i had Red on my wish list, but as guy plays guitar on it [live] i suspect he'll not want to perform it, ditto Newborn.

Glasgow last night - setlist:
Intro - This World Blue music 1. Charge 2. Bones of You 3. Fly Boy Blue/Lunette 4. Real Life (Angel) 5. The Night Will Always Win 6. New York Morning 7. Tower Crane 8. Great Expectation (acoustic again) 9. Blanket the Night 10. Mirrorball 11. The Birds 12. Grounds for Divorce 13. My Sad Captains encore 14. Starlings 15. Lippy Kids 16. One Day
Not much to add after the reviews of the LG gig on Saturday - excellent show as ever, new songs great, sound was strong - Grounds and Birds really powerful, Great Expectations stunning, and ending with the customary One Day singalong. Visuals not half bad either. Guy's voice seemed to need a bit of a warm up at the start, struggled a bit with the high notes on Charge. Good banter throughout, although a bit too much arm waving for my liking.
I still maintain TTOALOE would have made a fantastic set closer, and would have sounded superb, but not to be... and the lack of a few more earlier tracks detracts a bit, but hey ho, not complaining...
