Still Glasvegas for me, tunes on that album have really touched me....."It's my own cheating heart that makes me cry", "Go Square Go", "Daddy's Gone", "Flowers and football Tops".......Kasabian's is really good, and yes, you can't help but love Tom and Serge and they were magnificent in Manchester recently, lets be honest, Fire will not be touched all year, single wise, but the subjects touched on by Glasvegas, well, can hit home with a lot of people........... Thumbs Up!

Hey SG, don't worry about it, I like a bit of good natured banter...we all have our likes and dislikes !!

Just be grateful that Lily Allen, who was tipped to be on the shortlist, was excluded !! Totally agree, this years list is totally uninspiting in general. Danny La Roux, yeah, nice image, but poor songs in my humble opinion.

Actually I heard a radio interview with La Roux and she sounds like a very nice girl. Just don't like her music.

I don't know. It's another one of those bands where everyone goes on about how brilliant they are, and some very impressive people are fans of theirs, and I just don't hear it. I mean, I don't hate them, thye're alright, but I don't understand why everyone thinks they're so good. To me the choice is obvious. It's a no brainer to me. WRPLA is like being invited to a fancy dress party from One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.
