I don't know if this is a cause for celebratiion, but my missus is having a bloody virgin vie party. I was sent to the pub to get out of the way, but i'm back now and there is still a dozen women here, so i'm relegated to the back room with a beer. I have elbow playing full blast though ! cheers

Went out for a lovely lazy lunch with the flatmate... Finished my yummy goat's cheese melt, started to pick up all our bags. The song that started playing sounded oddly familiar, but i thought no... they wouldn't play that. But they did. It was Independent Woman... By Elbow!
We ended up sitting back down and doing a little dance until it had finished! Luckily, its a short song!
Made me smile though!

Not an oft-heard Elbow song by any means!
Doing a sitting-down dance? Bet that made everybody smile! Razz

My parents have just gone and picked up a car... 3 miles away from where they live!
Me and Dad went all the way to Cardiff this morning to see a car that was a total bust, but after a few days of being a bear with a sore head i'm back to my normal happy go lucky self! Got a few things to sort out (Tax, insurance etc), but the thing has been MOTed and Dad is cleaning for me... bounce
