Germany welcomes Elbow!!!!

Waaah, tomorrow is the start of the German tour! And it's beginning in Munich and I am there!!!!
I am sooooo looking forward seeing them!

First of all:
If someone from the band is reading this: Yes, I am crazy - but I don't care!!!

Yesterday was THE fucking GREATEST day! Elbow in Munich!!!
Me and a friend of mine (Manu, if you read this... Thanks a lot, again for filming and shooting a lot of pics! - I couldn't have done it! ) drove to Munich - Backstage! The location is great. It's small and it doesn't matter where you are, you always have a great look to the stage.
I bought myself a grey Elbow shirt (which I wore at work today!) and we realised that one of the greatests Comedians of Germany (Michael Mittermeier) and his wife were in the audience. Great to see that some stars have taste!
At 8.30 pm Guy entered the stage and asked the people to be quiet to listen to Jesca Hoop. She played a few songs. Two duets - one with a singer from Elbow and one with Guy *cheer*. It was really nice and the people stayed calm most of the time.
Then, at 9.30 pm the Leaders of the free world entered the stage!!!
And what can I say..... Rock'n'Roll, to quote Guy who told us the stories why Pete couldn't walk proberly and why Richards back hurt.
I was surprised how many people knew the songs and the lyrics. Didn't expect it. It was such a great atmosphere. I guess I have to consult one's pillow to realise how great it was. Guy definitly looked at me (and probably thought how crazy some fans are).
Btw. again to the band: I was the girl with the green glasses in the 3rd row!
And now the BEST thing!!!! Guy shook my hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Before the break he started to shake hands in the first rows and I streched myself!! Jeez, how charming he is!!! Shook my hand, smiled and nodded (and probably thought again, how crazy some fans are! *LOL*). I doesn't matter to me!!! Ask Manu... while driving home I always repeated the same "he shook my hand!!!" Just for the record - I washed it meanwhile!
Like I said before, I need some time... when I collected myself again, I am writing more.

I still can't believe I finally got to hear station approach live! and one day like this was amazing, too. it might have been the gig of the century, woop.
they were funny and lovely and just absolutely amazing... and wooo I got to stand in the front row, I was the girl with the red hair who got Guy's hand first - and didn't know what he wanted, I can be so dumb sometimes really.
and since no one claimed to want my ticket beforehand I gave it away for free to some guy, in case he reads this: hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. and how good was Jesca Hoop??

I've a question: anyone mind to share picures? I didn't manage to take a single one!!
but I might have a phone recording of The Stops to share, I called a friend during that one and I hope she'll upload it.

I only saw them out of the UK once...in Paris, and the French audience (and Elbow & crew) were lovely then.

ElbowFreak, did you have fun?? No reason for asking, I just for some reason get the impression that you maybe did.

I've only just registered and this is my first post, so first of all: Hello everyone

I've been a fan for about 3 years now, but unfortunately only managed to see them live for the first time on Monday in Munich and I LOVED IT ! Excellent small venue, great crowd and I loved the way Guy is communicating with the audience, pointing at people, telling stories and shaking people's hands ... really really great night.
