I know... erm... should I have said films from the UK and Ireland??? It's a little difficult for me to get the differences.... And to be honest Once is the only Irish film I know... that's why I put it there. But I really LOVE Once!!!
Edit! And Ireland!

Dabamash's Little BS Geography Lesson 1
The Irish can't decide if they want to be independant or not. So those in the Northern section (Northern Ireland) are part of Britain, wheras the anti-social b*stards that live in the rest of Ireland (The Republic of Ireland) are not part of Britain.
Not sure where Jones is from, probably The Republic, judging by the last comment...
Correct me if i'm wrong.

Ireland isn't my problem... (Like I've said - I like Ireland and know the situation) Many people say England when they talk about the UK - that was the difference...
It's like in this video: I'm scottish - so you're ain't english....

Sorry Dabs, but did you mean independent? Well, we are, and have been since 1922. That part was missing from the history lesson. From now on maybe you could refrain from making any more of your bigoted comments and unless you actually know something about this country or it's political situation, I would suggest you hold your counsel on that one too. Comments like yours are just what we need right now. Brilliant...

Lol, you've put me back in my place Jones. I didn't think you would fail us there. As I say, it was a BS geography lesson, cos I know sod all about Ireland
I've just realised we have gone way, way off topic...
I saw State Of Play the other day, and it was fantastic. It's weird because I haven't seen it advertised much. Helen Miram played a great role, and managed to inject some comedy moments into what is quite a serious thriller. Worth seeing if you get the chance.

Dodgeball, IMHO, is one of the pinnacles of modern American cinema. I mean, there's a whole scene about a guy throwing wrenches at another guy! One of the classic themes of film, no?

Saw the trailer for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland this past weekend...it was in 3-D (because I was at the excruciatingly bad new 3-D Disney flick G-Force, with my daughter...bleh, it were AWFUL!). The Alice trailer is flippin' awesome, especially in 3-D. CANNOT WAIT for this!
If you don't mind seeing it in only 2 dimensions, here's the trailer for anyone who's interested:

Aww thanks so much for this. I am absolutely excited about the film. I can't wait til next year. The cast is AMAZING, and I read a couple of days ago that Stephen Fry is doing the voice of the Cheshire Cat woop. Can't they hurry up already And yeah G Force looks shockingly bad.
