Live video webcast Amsterdam gig

Hola,

Just found out about a live video webcast of Elbow's Amsterdam concert, this wednesday! It will take place at www.fabchannel.com/elbow

It's a really cool site, they have a bunch of concert up in the archive. Love the Arcade Fire one. Hope this one will also end up there.

Am on broadband but when I tried to watch I Am KLOOT there, as it was aired live...it was totally breaking up.. suppose it depends on demand on the cast etc...so do hope it is archived asap as you are able to watch/hear it properly then.

I have no problems watching the archived videos... never seen a live one though

Keep an eye out for me so! (The singing lunatic at the front!) I am flying over to Amsterdam in the morning for it and I can't wait !!! Wahey!!!!

Loved the Mexican Wave and The Final Countdown.

Had a fantastic time! Really enjoyed this gig as the set was quite different from the Dublin and Belfast shows. Was absolutely thrilled to hear Switching Off and Scattered... Loved the Mexican Wave but wasn't too sure about The Final Countdown...

Had thought about suggesting Just Can't Get Enough but think Final Countdown was a good choice Little moments like that make a gig.

Had a horrible feeling someone was going to suggest 'Tulips from Amsterdam' or something like that, but disaster was averted!

They said the gig will be available monday, september 1st, but I'm not getting my hopes up..

Tomorrow as in today, the 25th? Went and had a look and it' still pending....ah well, I'll check it out tomorrow then...

Haven't seen this before, so this must be new..then:

i watched the elbow gig live on fabchannel... they get the crowd to do 'final countdown' before the encore. theres loads of banter aswell as a top performance!!

I know! I went over for it!

Sounds fantastic, so I guess it'll be worth the wait. Come on FabChannel!

i remember watching it live on fabchannel... was amazing. loving scattered black and whites there!!

I must say, my favourites were, Scattered Black and Whites and Newborn I absolutely adore Newborn at the best of times, but live, it's just simply amazing
