Logged on at 9am and it said sold out. Not happy at all!

Erk. Well there's the general sale next Monday.

I noticed Ticketmaster opened up sales at about 8:58 according to my clock. I find it's always worth being online 5-10 mins before and continually refresh the page, since clocks differ between computers.

EDIT: Looks like the reserved seats that you can bid for in this way are balcony seats. Should be a pretty good view.

Yup, usual presale nightmare. I found the site pretty unresponsive this morning from FireFox, so tried a Chrome session which worked rather better. Bit of a nightmare with payment details, but got there in the end. Remember, the presale is only a small allocation, so there should be plenty more on Monday - just be prepared and quick. And yes, try a little earlier, as ticket sales are rarely spot on time...

Slightly disappointed at the move from Union Chapel out to Hackney, as I don't think it's as exquisite a venue. And it's much less convenient for most people (though, bizarrely, *really* easy for me!) Wonder if it's a cost saving measure as this year's tickets seem cheaper than the last couple of years.

Very happy though, it'll be my fourth year in a row at Little Noise, which are always special, and have given me a great variety: Stereophonics, Mika, Tom Jones, and now Elbow! And there are usually some interesting supports that are worth hoiking out for by themselves.

I'm a bit gutted about the Union Chapel too - I saw Lambchop there a few years ago, it was really special. Though I have no idea how the new venue will compare.

Even when my daughter was actually an employee of Mencap Charity, she couldn't get tickets for a reasonable price for I AM KLOOT when they did Little Noise for them.

Don't get me started on the whole touting game - and what Ticketmaster support here is scandalous.

Looked like you could book 8 tickets, which seemed pretty extreme. And a license for unscrupulous people to make massive profits, as well as scooping up allocations super fast, compared with the normal 2 ticket limit.

I could have bought my two tickets, plus another 8, and potentially paid for my trip with a tidy profit left over. But I never have, and never will, sell tickets at a profit.

The world's a sorry place where Ticketmaster can be in bed with GetMeIn and yet ScarletMist is forced to shut up shop...

I was refreshing the page from 8.50am. My clock said 9.00 when the booking page appeared. I selected 2 tickets and got a message saying 'sorry, we are unable to fulfill your request'. I tried another 4 or 5 times and got the same message.
Fortunately I have the best girlfriend in the world and she got me 2 tickets. She was going to keep them as a surprise as part of my 40th birthday present but could tell how disappointed I was.

Grrrr...sooo annoying. Why did this have to come up today rather than any other day?
At 9.00am Mrs fm & I had to be on the road, on the A12 with not so much as a 3G signal for the phone, so by the time we eventually managed to get through the application screens, all we got was the "Unable to fulfil your request." message.

Looks like the infamous Ticketmaster scam involving 'Getmein' has won the day again. Why do artists entertain using Ticketmaster at all?

If there are any Forum Members with spares, please PM me and I'd happily take up two tickets for this special event. Will try the general sale on Monday, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Most of those people on Getmein will be ticketmaster employees - they get priority access to buy tickets. I didn't realise the pre-sale said eight, Elbow's site said 2. Otherwise I'd have booked 8 and shared on here.

Oh curses, been so busy at work have only just found out about this!! If anyone can take pity on me and find me a ticket I will be your BFF, even buy the beers all nite! I will try to get one ticket anyway, they cant play in London and I miss them, i havent even got over not getting into St Pauls yet! Anyway, hope i can make it and see you all again, any suggestions i would be grateful xx

Gonna try and get myself a ticket on Monday before my lectures but I would honestly love you if anyone were to sell a spare ticket!

Grrr, how can it be that i am logged into ticketmaster the second they go on sale but still don't get even one ticket? And i am in a rage typing in those freaking security words endlessly. And now in trubs cos late for work.
I will be at that gig no matter what damn you! Hope others had more luck x
