| Well, well, the lads are launching their own beerSounds wonderful but I bet it doesn't make it to any of our locals out in the sticks. As a long-time real ale afficionado and with a hubby who brews the most wonderful home brew, I hope they bring out a bottled version so I can try it. | |

| Will have to do the trek to Manchester to try this out.
I'll recycle a Twitterism at this point: If they ever decide to do a bottled version, they should use Grolsch-type bottles and call it "Flippy Lids".
And how about a range of wines? "Red" fairly obvious, a "Scattered Black And" White plus a Neat Little Rosé. | |

| Hmm, might have to get in touch with Robnsons and ask what their crate rate is. Could be a good way to get it to all those far-flung peeps who want a bottle. | |

| Got to speak to the lady running Robinson's BARB beer enquiries yesterday and yup - it will very soon be made available to fans around the globe by the bottle - or by the crate if you can afford the postage! No worries about your band beer bottles getting smashed in transit either, they're getting expertise from another company who've done this for donkeys' years. In other beer-related news, the elboys will be pulling a few pints as they launch the stuff at the Manchester Food & Drink Festival, at the Robinson's Festival Finale Bar at Albert Square on 13th October. Follow @elbowbeer on the Twits for more info as it happens. | |
