Michele Stodart - Supporting Villagers on their UK tour!

Some of you may know I do work for The Magic Numbers. The lovely and talented, Michele who plays in the band is about to release a solo album and we are very excited to annouce that she'll be supporting Villagers on their UK tour in May. Debuting her first solo album 'Wide-Eyed Crossing'

We'll come and say hello. I'm sure we've been to loads of the same gigs over the last year or so, so it will be great to say hello at last
We saw villagers at Manchester academy last autumn and then twice supporting elbow so I know we're in for a good night. We are looking forward to hearing Michele too. Have a good weekend

Michele was excellent last night and the 3 track CD is a good taster for her album, which we'll be looking out for now.
A lot of positive comments from the folks near us.
We managed to say thank you to her at the end of the show when she was (quite rightly) wandering round looking very happy with things.

longlegs...great to meet you at last Good luck with the rest of the tour and I hope you enjoyed your visit to Lancashire (Preston on a Monday night probably isn't the best time to see our beautiful county but that's showbiz!)

I must say, the hardest part of last night was trying to find a beer after Midnight, glad you had a great time.

Wonderful set at Truck, though I missed the first couple of songs (Couldn't leave the Cashier No 9 set!) Couldn't buy a CD at the festival, which was irritating, but I'm sure something will be released soon.
