| And for all your irrational fear needs, check out here to put a name to it. My favourite is Zemmiphobia. Don't have nightmares. | |

| proper spider phobia. When i see one my heart starts to race, i start to sweat, i can feel the tears coming, i usually dont scream or anything because im usually to scared to do anything. Im shaking and its horrible. Im so scared i cant even kill spiders. Its not a very good thing as im working with horses and is in the stable 24seven. Im not good with heights, i dont mind flying (part from that is to fucking boring) but what really scares me are edges, you know if you are far up and there is an edge. i cant go near it, i need to hold on to something but i really want to do is lie down on my stomach and not move. I also got a weird thing with Balloons, its strange, i can see them, think they are pretty, but as soon as one gets close so to me i can feel my heart start to race and i freak out, its really really dumb, but i cant help it, when kids are near with balloons i dive into a hedge or into people when they get to close, i dunno how many times i've done that while walking down a busy street. Its very annoying. I cant though them either, hate it. And trying to blow one up... err.. it doesnt work. i freak out. I think it got something to do with blowying one up wheni was a kid and it exploded in my face. scaryness! | |

| Thought of another one - I can't stand the feel of sandpaper or emery boards. Makes my skin crawl. Also you know when old ladies touch you on the arm constantly when they talk to you? I hate that. My mother-in-law does it all the time and I really have to fight the overwhelming urge to shout "BLURGH! GERROFFOUTOFIT!" | |

| I have the usual phobia of spiders. Totally freak out with them. I've spent many a night in tears with a shoe in my hand when I lived on my own trying to get up the courage to kill the one on the wall. It finally got too much for me so I've moved in with my spider-killing boyfriend now. (at least he's useful for something!) A weirder phobia I have is of being late for things. I'm a psycho when it comes to being on time. I HATEEEEEEE people being late but if there's a chance that I'm gonna be late for something I feel nauseous and sweaty and my heart races. It's ridiculous!!! So instead of the slight possibility that I'll be late I usually end up being stupidly early for stuff. I completly blame my grandmother for this though. I used to spend a lot of time with her when I was a kid and she's the exact same. So I've obviously just picked it up from her. | |

| Aww boo..... my being late for stuff phobia isn't on that website. The closest I can find is Macrophobia-The fear of long waits. But's that's not it at all. Bleh.
Oh and also, I'm slightly claustrophobic. Especially in large crowds when I feel crushed and can't escape.

Omg, my gran does that when she laughs. Generally it will be at something totally unfunny, but she will laugh uncontrollably while holding onto your thigh. Eeurrgh.

| Mine's got to be what I refer to as "wrigglers". Maggots, slugs and leeches. Bugs come a close second but strangely, I don't mind spiders or snakes. Lesley | |
