| Thank you for that inspiring post I didn't see it, since it looked like one of those programs that will make me want to live off dust. | |

| yeah dead right it was like that, Only problem personally speaking is that I should be reminded more frequently of the horrors of what we are served up because after a few pints I tend to forget and head to the nearest fast food outlet and eat God knows what, BTW thanks for the honurable name check in the sweary/non sweary thread. which you handled well I thought. Back on topic ugh , I wouldnt bother with I player, it was horrible | |

| Do you think we should have a TV thread where you could post things like this... A "Currently watching" where you can post views about tv and films? | |

| This week I have been watching the DVD box set of Battlestar Galactica's final season having missed the SKY showing earlier this year. I enjoyed it, but I am irked somewhat by the failure to properly tie up some plot threads. May need to re-watch and ponder.
Cued up next on the DVD player is "Tales of the Black Freighter"/ "Under The Hood" DVD, both companion pieces to "Watchmen" which those nice people at Play.Com should be posting out next week sometime.

| Without wanting to 'lower the tone' of this thread too much, how amazing was last night's EastEnders? Lacey Turner was sensational as Stacey. | |

hmmm me too ...don't much like any of the characters and the premise is meh... plus I keep looking at the head FBI bloke and saying 'you were in Law and Order! ' But there are a couple of gems out there ....Generation Kill is stunning , loving Burn Notice(funny + spies = good tiemz), and I've surprised myself by really liking the USA version of Life on Mars ..Harvey Keitel is lulz as Gene Hunt USA ,and of course Spooks is back ...so hurrah!

Shaun Ryder eating the yucky stuff was absolutely hilarious As good as anything he did with the Mondays! The man is a legend
