Desperately seeking specific interview of Guy and Pete

I am trying to find the name of or a link to a specific interview with Guy and Pete in which they reference Talk Talk as a huge influence then specifically cite the song "After The Flood" from "Laughing Stock" as a song they thought brilliant for it's use of feedback that goes on impossibly long...
