| OK, this might sound a bit strange but whoelse thinks that a few accents are very sexy??!! ;-) For example how Guy pronounces love... Well, I just simply love it. But my most loved one is the scottish accent. :-D David Tennant, John Hannah or Douglas Henshall. Oh boy. ;-) I can't even explain why, it just is... | |

| Well, as a Mancunian - I do love it but I'm biased. On ladies, I ADORE the Geordie/Newcastle accent, oh YES. Overseas, the Italian accent is just so cool, as Italians, from my experience in that country, tend to be. | |

| You all have lovely accents. I, on the other hand, do not. While I don't sound like an ignorant hick, I'm still sound distinctly Texan. | |

Aww, I remember when I was on holiday in Scotland asking for the way and all I understood was "rrrrrrrrrrayd acrrrrrrrrross owwa the rrrrrrrrrrrrrröndebött" But since I noticed Malcolm Middleton and heard some interviews with Mogwai I understand it a lot better

| Soft Scottish and Irish accents really do it for me, haha. But I love the Manchester accent - it's just really... warm. My boyfriend is Canadian and after now having lived with him for 5 years I don't even notice it. Very odd! | |

| It's a bit weird, but as a Mancunian, Jimi Goodwin, Noel Gallagher and Johnny Marr represent the accent quite well, unlike Liam Gallagher (still my all time fave front man, 94 - 96), Shaun Ryder (OK, Salford) and Ashley Peacock from Coronation Street | |

| Ok, so I'm not weired. That helps a lot. And yeah, the irish accent (like Bono has) is quite sexy, too. Although also Bono could be the reason. *LOL* No, I've always have been an Ireland fan. | |

| I have cousins from Manchester and Birmingham, and loved hearing them speak whenever they visited us in London.
Now that I live in the USA and have a very many years, I relish the opportunities when I'm surrounded by people with English and Irish accents, because I don't hear them too often anymore.

| Must be a huge difference living in the states. I'd love to have an accent and get rid of my german. Funny enough when I think in english (which happens through to forums like this) I can think with an accent. So weired. I just can't pronounce them. Altough I probably also think with grammar mistakes, so never mind. | |
