Elbow at the Albert Hall??

Hi Guys - Does anyone know anything about the lads playing a (secret) accoustic set at the Albert Hall this week????

My ex-husband (he's a VT editor who was working at T in TP this weekend) said he was drinking with the Elboys last night (!) and apparently they're doing something at the Albert Hall this week. Knowing my ex, this could be a complete wind up.

Any clues??

Just had a scout about online: There's nowt happening that would be a possible tie-in on the RAH, official band site or even GigJunkie etc. On the other hand, Elbow are down to do Benicassim, Spain on the Saturday. Potentially they're free on Fri or Sun. Hmmm. Maybe he is pulling your leg? Worra tease!

I can't find anything either. Worra tw*t! Knowing him he probably saw them backstage and fabricated his story about meeting them, just to piss me off. Hey Craig, did you get pissed with a short-arsed, 40+ year-old Irishman working for CTV at TITP?!!

Albert Hall seems an awfully big venue for a secret gig.
