Ticketmaster FTW as usual.

Probably helped a bit by the fact the Green day tickets don't go on sale till 10.00

Got them thru ticketmaster-a lot easier than trying to get thru on the phone to gigs and tours and their website isn't coping. Smile

Got mine too - but had a hairy moment on ticketmaster when the PC didn't seem to have remembered my password (and I couldn't remember it!!). Phew - my heart was thumping out of my chest!!

Ticketmaster worked for me too ... gigsandtours.com in meltdown and the phoneline is similarly congested.

How long do you think it will be til the next gigs after the MEN one? My long suffering husband is experiencing Elbow burn-out at the minute!

Well ... they're due a bit of a break to re-charge the batteries. Then again, it ticket sales are brisk for this gig you might find that the next gig is on Sat 19th Sept 2009 Laughing

The limit was 4 so I couldn't get any extras! How is everyone else doing? MY GOD but that took 10 years from my life. I'm not even sure how I did it in the end. I was refreshing like mad , none of the sites were working and I was starting to panic and barely noticed that the gigsandtuors site came back on....my hands are shaking and I have to pee.

Grrrrr! Got through and it wouldn't accept my card for some reason and by the time I got in to try another card they'd all gone. Small chance, but anyone get any spares?

Wooo got mine from Ticketmaster. Decided to go for seating (don't think baby bump could cope with standing!) but block 115 right next to Pete, lovely stuff. This baby is going to love Elbow!! Bridgewater and now MEN!!

Im really hungover but I dont care that i feel like shite because im totally happy now to get to see some elbow as im not doing bridgewater and managed to pick the two festivals that they are NOT playing this summer.

I got mine, sweating a bit cos my work internet access routes through Holland and was worried they'd detect it and decide I couldn't have them. Ticketbastard charging £5 "service charge" per ticket, but there you go, got it anyway.

I got an additional one, so one spare standing ticket available to anyone who wants it. I'll put something on the "offered" board tonight - if there is lots of demand I'll do the names out a hat thing.

Wish I'd got the full four now to help out others. Sorry.

Been mooching on the Tickemaster site and notice that now they've released nearer seated blocks called 'the View Experience' at £82.50 a pop. Errr, no thank you.

I have NEVER had so much drama buying tickets. This was worse than even Bridgewater!

Oh, I hope everyone gets sorted for tix! My euphoria is dampened by the thought that not everyone got them!
