| Got Hawley tickets! Watching him at the Parr Hall in Warrington. Been into his stuff since the Lowedges album. Couldn't believe it when I heard he was doing a track with Elbow. He was making some great sounds at the Elbow gig in Manchester.
I want his guitars and gear. | |

| Hawley is excellent. Saw him at the queen's hall here in edinburgh last september and thought he was wonderful. the only gig i have ever been to where everyone had a seat! really chilled sort of mellow vibe about the place. the title track on coles corner is beautiful. i recommend him to the elbow community if you haven't heard him already. | |

| I also think that he's amazing:) i started liking Elbow, because of The Fix really, I hadn't heard of Elbow before then and I love the fact that he spends so much time on his forum, it just shows how down to earth he is and how dedicated he is, not just to the music, but to his fans as well:)
He rocks:D | |

| It is fantastic and heartening to know there are good blokes like Richard Hawley about in what can be a horrible industry in which talentless wannabee fame at any cost people can be rewarded, so when some one such as Mr Hawley comes along with talent in spades and a top bloke to boot in gives you a bit of faith in life. | |
