Forum Issues

We're back now it seems, but all posts made since Sunday morning will be blank.

Sorry about all this, beyond my powers I'm afraid. Unfortunatly the people who provide the forum servers (which are free, by the way) do not provide the facility for us admins to do our own backups, so we are at the mercy of their own backup systems.

I will try and delete all the empty posts today.

Does this affect the number of posts we have made?

I don't think so, the post count remains the same, just the posts have gone

Well, time to start afresh. Stop whining, it was only the posts made over the last 24 hours or so.

EDIT: (mostly just Jones taking the piss out of me )

Yeah but that's about 40 or 50...I know cos I had to delete them all by hand cos they were blank.

Most of them were in the word association thread.

I think word association is hardly any great loss...

EDIT: oh, and sympathies for having to sit and delete each and every one of them
