Hi all thanks for the welcome, I am Mitch (didnt like Michelle when i was little) lovely to find this site, I am bonkers about the band and yet none of my friends are, I need elbow buddies to chat to! I am from north London, am completely in love with music, drinking and football.

Ain't that the truth! One of the best things about setting this place up has been the stuff I have learned, the B-Sides I have found out about that I never knew existed (including covers of 2 of my favourite songs EVER, August to September and May You Never), as well as the wonderful community of excellent folks that now exist, and many of which I am proud to call my friends...

Happy to find this site - I think Elbow are amazing - only got into them when I saw them on Jools Holland a couple of yrs ago. Saw them last year at the Bestival and very pleased they are doing some dates next yr. My problem is Elbow are my favourite band but my wife doesn't really get them (she's so stuck n the 80's!) I don't have any friends who really like them either. Are there any Elbow fans on either the Isle of Wight or down South who might me happy to share a life to O2 next yr to see them? I only want to go and see Elbow with people who really get and appreciate what an amazing band they are
