I saw the same bit at the end of the gardening programme. Like you I was waiting for Mock the Week and not watching stuff about flowers.

Grounds for Divorce was just played during the first scene of hollyoaks!

I think the reason One Day Like This didn't sell as well as Grounds for Divorce is because everyone's buying the album

I watch that 'Mun at 14' programme over dinner the other day - they had Mirrorball in it. Excellent!

Elbow are moving up a gear! Grounds For Divorce is being used in the trailer for 'Burn After Reading' a dark spy-comedy from Academy Award winners Joel and Ethan Coen. An ousted CIA official’s (John Malkovich) memoir accidentally falls into the hands of two gym employees (Brad Pitt and Frances McDormand) intent on exploiting their find. George Clooney and Tilda Swinton also star. Will the Elboys get invited to the premier and can they get spare tickets?

on some wierd cable channel recently, there was an advert for something using presuming ed!!!! couldnt believe it!!!!

They looped the intro to newborn on some prog last night but Im so crap i cant remember which one, possibly the one about girlgangs with that annoying woman politician Ann Widecombe

Woo! Elbow are on next week's "Later with Jools Holland". I guess that's both the Tuesday 23rd live (but shorter) show and the Friday 26th full-length show.

Radio 4 used a looped intro to 'Mirrorball' to advertise a programme last week...

I was upstairs in my house last week and I heard the strains of ODLT coming from downstairs. Thinking it was my mobile I rushed down to answer it. It was in fact the latest episode of Holby City which was on the box!!
