Hey guys,

D'ya reckon the Halle Youth Choir will be at the show? Or if the boys will do something 'special' seeing as its their hometown show? I went to the nottingham gig and i'm deliberating whether to go to the M.E.N!

I'm going, managed to get standing tickets off see tickets! I've never been to two shows of a tour before so this will be novelty XD

Some lads at tonight's Liverpool show (their first Elbow gig) asked me how many times I'd seen them - I had to do a quick mental tally and was subsequently too embarrassed to answer, lest they look at me like a total saddo. x) *whistle* See you at MEN!

Me and The Lippy Kid won't make Sinclairs tonight:

Firstly we are bringing The Lippy Kid's daughter along to her first gig and whilst we can skive off work, she can't skive off school (quite right too). Secondly my daughter is at Manchester University and although not coming to the gig, the opportunity for us all to get together for a Thai meal in town is too good a chance to miss. (you know how it is with students and free food)

We should still be in at a reasonable time and we'll wave at you guys at the front.

We're not complaining though, It's going to be a great night all round....I can't wait

I think the Halle Youth Choir might turn up tonight.
