| I really hope you get to see them one day, it is an experience you will never forget. Seem to remember they are huge in Japan so maybe they will start expanding...? | |

| Yeah,I'm sure it'd be an amazing experience!Actually they've got a huge following here in China,too.Well,if you ask music fans here in China 'do you know Elbow',I think more than 80% of them would be like 'what Elbow?'.But if you ask them about Muse,it'd be totally different.They're one of the most popular bands among music fans here. | |

| Oh God, "Madness." Count me in among the many haters. I can't stand it. Every time I even think of the song, the "m-m-m-m-maaa" bit gets stuck in my head. D; | |

| I don't know, Kim. I love "Survival" and "Unsustainable" (The beginning of that song is love <3), but this song just sounds so...unlike them? I can't think of a better way to describe it. | |

| It's totally different, that's for sure. I'm very interested to see how/where it fits with the overall album.
I love Unsustainable too - have you heard the middle interval where they bring the strings back and Matt is singing over it? In the video, it's the bit where all the people are running through a forest. So much <3!

| I am totally in love with Panic Station!! I'm hearing so many influences in all of the different songs. Some bits of melody I swear are lifted right out of Queen's Don't Stop Me Now and Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive! Love the big orchestral riffs in Supremacy which are a bit reminiscent of bands like Nightwish and Within Temptation, mixed with Metallica, and the end of the song reminds me so much of the theme tune to Trigun (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzHe4U5c5Oc). Very impressed with Chris' songs, great to see/hear him taking centre stage. A few of them haven't made much of an impression on me yet - Animals, Explorers, Isolated System. But on the whole, all the other songs are all brilliant in their own way. | |

| Animals is superb! Explorers less so, I think, but on the whole, yeah, LOADS better than The Resistance imo | |

| Apparently many of the musicians on Panic Station also played on Superstition by Stevie Wonder. | |

THIS. Ohmygosh. <3 I had a little aversion when I first heard the album, but I've gotten used to it. I've become fond of "Madness" simply because Matt sounds so wonderful on it. "Liquid State" has become a personal anthem, and the ending of "Follow Me" is arguably the most magical moment on the album. Having said that, there are things I don't like about it. I know Kim disagrees with this, but I can't STAND "Panic Station." Matt sounds like a complete douche on that song; it's like a Prince knock-off gone horribly wrong. I have never disliked a Muse song so vehemently.

| There are 2 tracks I really don't like on this album: Panic Station and Animals. Madness is the best track I think, followed by 'Save Me', 'Explorers', Supremacy' and the 2 instrumentals. I saw them live this week in Antwerp, amazing, they are such a great live band!

| While I'm glad I've finally found someone else who doesn't like "Panic Station" (We seem to be in the minority), I can't fathom you not liking "Animals." It's my personal favorite. I also personally find "Explorers" quite boring. There's no reason that song should be 6 minutes long. D;
Oh well. Different strokes for different folks. -shrug-
