Alright, here's a funny one...my good friend has a major (I mean MAJOR) thing for Hugh Laurie. She's a fan of the series House, and she thinks he's just the hottest thing on 2 legs. I love watching him on House as well, but just because it's a good program and he's great in it. I remember him as a simpering twit on the old Blackadder series, though, so I don't think of him as some big sex symbol like she does...he most certainly has improved, though:

I work with three women who got weak at the knees about the mere mention of Hugh Laurie in House its incredible to hear them, mind you two words from me can turn three bright clever attractive women into a foaming lynch mob the two words are Kiera Knightly ha ha it never fails

OK, OK, I give in...I think my issue with Hugh Laurie was that I was looking at his characters and not at him (hmmm, a dippy rich guy or a miserable, antisocial junkie...don't know which is sexier! ). But my friend sent me this video (featuring some House and other Hugh Laurie clips) and I must admit...in this context, I could definitely go for some of that.
