Like many others I'm sure, I heard Burial for the first time on the Mercury Prize show. I thought the music sounded interesting, so I got his two albums. I'm enjoying them, it's cool as hell music.

I got his second one a while back, haven't heard his first. I like it, but then again i like dub-step so i probably would.

i heard first of burial about 7 months ago. i instantly loved it. strange though. im not a fan of hip-hop, or any other shite like that, but i loved burial, cus its different. Thom Yorke even said that he has been heavily influence by Burial. Dub-step is surprisingly good i think

This is my main gripe with it. If it's the case that if you've heard one artist then you've heard the whole genre... it's probably a genre that's lost its spark, or never had one.

No it's not really that, there is alot of dub-step that is awful but Burial just sort of seems to be the one artist everyone i've met who like dub-step likes. Like Supergrass for an indie fan.
